[delphi] Borland license information was found

刚刚 打开delphi 的时候电脑很慢半天也没能打开，就重启了结果，重启后再打开delphi的时候出现了

马上百度一下
原因：C:Documents and Settings用户名称.borland
中的文件被破坏。
解决办法：删除该文件夹。
