proxmoxの下载镜像并安装虚拟机（解决Proxmox虚拟机安装Windows 10/Server 2016时找不到硬盘问题）

安装时出现找不到驱动器的情况：

解决Proxmox虚拟机安装Windows 10/Server 2016时找不到硬盘问题，使用各种办法没能处理，最后使用virtio-win-0.1.171.iso 

在虚拟机中再加载一个CD，找不到驱动器时，选择该CD中的amd64-2K8（我安装的是2012系统，一样适用）
